I'm Fred Mason

Before joining Avon, I spent over 30 years in the British Army, followed by a career in facilities management, teaching young soldiers how to use computers. Over the years, I’ve taken on various roles, including bus driver, lorry driver, drayman, and a trainer for Honda Motor Company.

When my wife and I started our Avon journey, it wasn’t just about us—it was about helping our team. We had built strong relationships in a previous network, and when they needed our support, we knew we had to step up. Avon provided the perfect opportunity to continue mentoring, coaching, and making a difference.

Since then, we’ve gained time and financial freedom, allowing us to travel more, help others reach their goals, and enjoy life on our own terms. Working together has been incredibly fulfilling, and we wouldn’t change it for anything.

Before joining Avon, I worked as a Trainer for Financial Software, traveling all over the world. It was exciting, but the constant travel and demanding schedule left little time for personal freedom.

When I joined Avon, it was simply to get a discount on products I already loved. I had no idea how much it would change my life! Over time, I discovered a passion for supporting others, and as my business grew, so did my independence.

Now, I have complete time freedom and financial security. I’ve become debt-free, bought my dream car—a Jaguar E-Pace—and even paid off my mortgage! Best of all, I can jump on a plane whenever I want to visit my dad in Spain. Avon has given me a flexible lifestyle and an incredible community, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I joined Avon in March 2024 after health issues ended my career in healthcare. I needed purpose and income, so I gave Avon a shot. At first, leadership wasn’t on my radar, but as I naturally excelled in customer service and built an online presence, someone asked me to show them what I do. That moment sparked my leadership journey.

Results were slow at first, but I stayed consistent. By January, it clicked. Nine people joined that month, and I’ve brought in at least four every month since. Coaching with Sarah Davies gave me the mindset and strategy to think bigger.

I started Avon because I wanted a business that worked around my family, not the other way around. My background is in the Civil Service and Legal industry, but I had always been searching for the perfect work-from-home opportunity. After trying a few options, I found Avon—and it turned out to be the most exciting and rewarding thing I’ve ever done!

Since joining, I’ve achieved incredible milestones, including luxury incentive trips to Canada, Thailand, Iceland, and South Africa. More importantly, Avon has given me something I never expected—belief in myself. I’ve developed new skills, gained confidence, and created a sense of well-being that I never had before. Running my own business, on my own terms, has been life-changing, and I wouldn’t trade this freedom for anything!

I'm Sarah Arblaster

I'm a wife and mum of three—two daughters and a rescue dog called Fiby. I work full-time in an office and run my Avon business flexibly around my busy life. In my 40th year, I decided I needed something new. I'd worked in retail and hospitality since my teens, including training and management roles.

Helping customers and mentoring people always gave me a buzz. But my job wasn't fulfilling me anymore, so I looked for a side hustle to fill that void—Avon did just that. What I didn’t expect was how it would change my outlook and confidence. I started in 2017 as a hobby to meet new people and spread a little happiness.

It’s now become a passion! I love building connections, learning constantly means I'm never bored!
